"Ordered the ebi ten hot udon. Noodles were chewy, the broth was just okay. There is a self-service station on the side where you can get tempure flakes, soy sauce, chili oil, chili powder, and vinegar. I'd recommend this for a cheap and quick Japanese food fix."

"This is my favorite place when I'm craving udon. I recently tried their food when we're eating here at the food on four and they're better than their branch at Mitsukoshi Mall. The truffle carbonara udon is your typical truffle pasta with udon noodles. But my all time favorite is the mentaiko cream udon. Wasn't able to take a photo of it though. I'm craving this dish while writing this review."

"Reasonably priced udon and soba, hot or cold noodles. Very friendly, just no ice for soda and that's a thing for me. I want ice in my cold drinks! Otherwise a decent food stall on the 4th floor food court. Since they reopened earlier this year, most of the restaurants are decent."

"The flavors are actually good but on the lighter side and is slightly sweet compared to Marugame Udon. I understand why the lady might come off as rude, she just lack training in customer service. When she places the trays on the side, she has less concern for a customer experience because she just throw them on the side that makes a lot of uneccessary noise. The type of service is like a busy canteen. When conversing with her, she's actually respectful. We failed to see where the Table number is located on the receipt as our order was called out. We weren't informed on how the service will go about. Again, this will be fixed by just having proper training. I'm willing to try them again next time."
